These top-quality ingredients, combined with fresh vegetables sourced from Kyoto and other regions of Japan, are crafted into dishes that blend the best of Japanese and Western techniques. Each dish is carefully prepared to highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients and tailored to suit the preferences of the guests.
Signature dishes include the visually stunning "box sushi" and the flavorful "grilled abalone over lava stones," which showcase the freshness of the market's offerings and the skill of the chef.
